Tell Us About Your Party

Fill in the quote form with your preferred date, the number of players, rough ages, and where you'd like to play. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and work out the details together.

We Plan the Battlefield

Once you're booked, we tailor the game format to your group's ages and size. Younger kids get faster, simpler rounds. Older players get tactical setups with objectives. Mixed groups are no problem - we've done it plenty of times.

Battle Day

We arrive before guests do, build out the full arena, and run back-to-back rounds with multiple game modes. When the party wraps, we clean up every piece of gear. Your job is just to show up and have fun.

Every session is run with clear rules, proper gear, and a trained host on the field. Here's what we do before anyone picks up a blaster.

Goggles Required

Every player wears protective eye goggles for the full session - no exceptions. We provide them. If you bring your own, they must meet basic safety standards.

Rules Briefing Before Every Battle

Our host walks the group through the safety rules before the first shot is fired. That means boundaries, no-go zones, what to do if someone is hurt, and how to call time-out.

Our game host doesn't step away. They monitor every round, enforce the rules, and have the authority to pause or stop play immediately if anything looks unsafe.

Equipment Inspected Before Every Event

All blasters, goggles, and inflatable barricades are checked before we load up. Anything with a crack, a jam, or a loose part stays home.

Closed-Toe Shoes Required

Players need to be able to run, pivot, and crouch safely. We ask that everyone wears proper athletic shoes - no sandals or flip-flops on the field.

Waiver Signed Before Battle Starts

Every participant (or their parent/guardian for players under 18) must sign our liability waiver before joining. It can be signed online in advance - takes two minutes.

FAQ

Common Questions

What age groups do you serve? +

We run parties for kids and teens aged 6 and up. Game rules and formats are adjusted to the group - younger players get faster, simpler rounds while older groups get tactical setups with team objectives. Mixed-age groups work great too; we split or balance teams on arrival.

Can players bring their own blasters? +

Absolutely. Personal blasters are welcome as long as they fire standard foam darts and are in safe working condition. Modified or high-powered blasters that exceed safe limits will need to sit this one out - safety goggles are required for all players regardless of which blaster they use.

What if it rains on the day? +

Light rain? We battle through it - some groups actually love it. Heavy rain or lightning? We'll reschedule at no cost with reasonable notice. We recommend having an indoor backup in mind (a community centre or school gym works great) so the party doesn't need to shift dates entirely.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead, and 3-4 weeks for summer weekends or school holiday dates - those slots fill up quickly. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, so reach out and we'll do our best.

Do you serve areas outside Ottawa? +

We primarily serve Ottawa and surrounding communities including Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Nepean, Gloucester, Stittsville, and Gatineau. Not sure if your area is covered? Reach out and we'll let you know.

What should players wear? +

Comfortable clothes they can run and dive in, and closed-toe shoes - no sandals or flip-flops. We provide all safety goggles. Players can bring their own eye protection if they prefer, but it needs to meet basic safety standards (no open-frame glasses).
